Explosion Relief

Where the customer believes there might be a remote chance of an explosion
and/or fire as a result of failure in the equipment protected by the
enclosure, then a number of options are open to contain the failure.

Envico's solution to this problem is a special design which allows
the roof of the enclosure to lift when such an explosion takes place thus
releasing the force of the explosion safely upwards.

The roof then returns to its normal position.

Envico enclosures have been fully and comprehensively tested under the
severest conditions by several leading British laboratories and have been
found to satisfy all criteria. See link to video example.
