April 2011 - Moulded for Employment
Envico Specialist Mouldings, a division of Envico Engineering, has developed an excellent relationship with the Workways Project which has resulted in several people gaining employment. Following a meeting during the economic downturn two years ago, Workways have assisted Envico's Specialist Mouldings division to develop its workforce and access support from ReAct.

General manager Kevin Howells said "Workways have provided excellent candidates on many occasions and have exceeded our expectations. We have submitted a number of vacancies and have always been provided with a choice of suitable candidates. In addition the TJO(Temporary Job Opportunity) element of the project is an excellent way of giving someone the opportunity to learn new skills and to develop into a long term employee". He further added that each individual who has come to Envico has either been employed on a full time basis by the firm or has found work elsewhere.
